Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of multi-let commercial properties, ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborate with the Estates Director on:
- Rent reviews and negotiation to achieve positive outcomes.
- Issuing and managing dilapidation claims.
- Tenant liaison and maintaining estate standards.
- High-level debt collection.
- Coordinating legal advisors on property and lease matters.
- Overseeing service charge budgets and expenditures.
- Ensuring Health & Safety and Fire Safety compliance.
- Engage and manage specialist consultants, including surveyors and arbitrators.
What Weβre Looking For:
- Strong professional etiquette and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and results-driven mindset.
- Solid understanding of Landlord & Tenant Law and commercial property management.
