- Carry out precise assembly of micro-components, following detailed work instructions and strict quality standards.
- Perform highly repetitive, hands-on tasks with consistency and accuracy.
- Work collaboratively in a small team of 3, supporting each other across different stages of the assembly process.
- Conduct careful quality checks at every stage to ensure reliability of intricate parts.
- Maintain a tidy, organised, and safe work area, always following health and safety guidelines.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in micro-assembly or other roles requiring careful handling of small, intricate components.
- Steady hand skills with proven ability to carry out repetitive, detail-focused tasks to a high standard.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate closely in a small group.
