Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Burton Upon Trent | Driver due to location

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 4.30pm | 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out precise assembly of micro-components, following detailed work instructions and strict quality standards.
  • Perform highly repetitive, hands-on tasks with consistency and accuracy.
  • Work collaboratively in a small team of 3, supporting each other across different stages of the assembly process.
  • Conduct careful quality checks at every stage to ensure reliability of intricate parts.
  • Maintain a tidy, organised, and safe work area, always following health and safety guidelines.
