Key Responsibilities- Quality testing — Conduct testing, adjustment, and approval of finished product batches and incoming raw materials.
- Laboratory operations — Maintain accurate batch records, retained samples, and ensure a clean, safe, and compliant laboratory environment.
- Small‑scale production — Produce small‑scale batches to support product development and customer trials.
- Water quality monitoring — Monitor and record quality in line with safety and compliance requirements.
- Material handling — Oversee the safe handling and transfer of materials used in production processes.
- Equipment calibration — Calibrate laboratory test equipment and accurately document all results.
- 2 - 3 years experience understanding laboratory testing procedures and operation of test equipment.
- Strong communication abilities with excellent organisational discipline.
