Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing supplier orders and supporting the end-to-end purchasing process.
- Monitor stock levels and highlight any shortages or potential issues.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and update systems accordingly.
- Create and maintain reports using Excel to support decision-making.
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Support the resolution of supplier queries, delays, or order issues.
- Provide general administrative support to the purchasing and wider office team.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills (Maths and English essential).
- Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Business A-Level (or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
