Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 39 hours per week | 2 x Half Hour unpaid breaks per day
Shift Rotation:
- Week 1: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Week 2: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (4:00 PM finish on Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials, ensuring items are handled safely and efficiently.
- Operate machinery safely and effectively, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Assist with the smooth running of the production line and factory operations.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production targets.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures.
- Operate the FLT (if qualified) for material handling when required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a factory or warehouse environment is preferred.
- FLT/Counterbalance licence is preferred, but training can be provided.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work across rotating shifts.
