  • Scheduling appointments for both planned and reactive works involving electricians and plumbers.

  • Guiding customers in material selections for reinstatement works.

  • Overseeing interim invoicing processes related to reinstatement projects.

  • Ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional customer service.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 1 YEARS RECENT OFFICE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A FAST PACED CUSTOMER SERVICE ENVIRONMENT, * A minimum of 1 years recent experience working in an office based Customer Service environment
