Scheduling appointments for both planned and reactive works involving electricians and plumbers.

Guiding customers in material selections for reinstatement works.

Overseeing interim invoicing processes related to reinstatement projects.

Ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional customer service.
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 1 YEARS RECENT OFFICE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A FAST PACED CUSTOMER SERVICE ENVIRONMENT, * A minimum of 1 years recent experience working in an office based Customer Service environment
