Position

We are currently recruiting for a Legal Assistant to join our busy and successful Dispute and Property Dispute Resolution team based in our Yeovil Office.

Duties:

  • Providing all round administrative support
  • Liaising with clients and taking messages
  • Producing documents (with the use of digital dictation)
  • Maintaining record systems.
  • Opening and closing of files

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Skills to communicate effectively and ensure that the client's best interests are always served
  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary/Assistant is preferable but not essential
  • Good IT literacy
