We are currently seeking a Reporting & BI Analyst to join our IT team based in Witham. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about transforming data into meaningful business insights. Working closely with operational, commercial and finance teams, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions, management reports and dashboards that provide clear visibility of business performance. You will play a key role in enhancing data quality, automating reporting processes and supporting informed decision-making across the organisation.

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas and dashboard creation.
- Proven experience developing, maintaining and enhancing Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Strong understanding of data extraction, transformation and reporting processes.
- Experience working with data from multiple business systems.

- Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports across multiple business functions.
- Create and distribute regular operational, commercial and financial reports.
- Produce and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for management teams.
- Design clear, concise and visually engaging dashboards and management information.
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and develop practical reporting solutions.
- Extract, manipulate and validate data from multiple internal and external systems.
- Investigate data quality issues and support initiatives to improve data accuracy.
- Develop controls and validation procedures to ensure reporting integrity.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and administrative processes.
- Highlight trends, exceptions and performance issues requiring management attention.
- Support the integration of new data sources into reporting platforms.
- Provide reporting support, training and guidance to users across the business.
- Produce reporting documentation, user guides and standard operating procedures.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and third-party partners to improve data availability and quality.
