We Change Lives (WCL) is a charity based in Northwest England seeking a Flexible Hours Bank Support Worker for complex care in Chapel house and Old chapel, Winsford.

This on-site role offers days or nights and ad hoc hours, with full or part-time options to fit your availability.

You will work under the Service Manager to deliver person-centred care, learn from training, and use our rota system to pick shifts that suit you.
