£24,784.50 per annum | 37.5 hours per week | Monday–Friday, 07:00am–15:30

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately receive and record incoming goods, reporting discrepancies
- Check returned items and record damages or adjustments
- Organise stock and customer movements using warehouse and courier systems
- Pick and fulfil daily orders accurately and efficiently
- Locate stock items and maintain warehouse organisation
- Support general warehouse duties including waste management and administrationMaintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout shifts
- Follow Health & Safety procedures and wear PPE as required
- Complete assigned training via Pacifica’s Learning Hub
- Participate in regular 1-2-1s with your line manager
- Carry out any additional duties to support warehouse operations
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment
- Knowledge of stock control and warehouse procedures
- Awareness of Health & Safety regulations
- Computer literate and confident with warehouse systems
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
- Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Satisfactory DBS check required
- Stock received before 10:30am booked by 2pm same day
- Other stock booked within 24 hours
- Bulk stock processed within 5 working days (volume dependent)
- Engineer returns booked within 48 hours
- Picking and dispatch accuracy – max 1 error per week
- Net lost items below 1% of pick volume
