About Sandy Lane
This service is located in Orford, Warrington and supports individuals with complex needs, including mental health needs and/or learning disabilities. We provide supported living in small, well‑equipped homes designed to help people live as independently and confidently as possible. We take a person‑centred approach to everything we do, tailoring support to each individual’s unique needs, preferences, and goals. By working closely with the people we support and their families, we create personalised care plans that reflect who they are.
A Day in the Life of a Support Worker
As a Support Worker, no two days are the same, reflecting the diversity of the individuals we support. Our approach is centred around person‑centred planning, tailoring support to meet each individual’s unique needs. We are committed to achieving positive outcomes for every person we support and celebrating even the smallest milestones in their personal development. You will receive comprehensive training to provide a wide range of support, including personal care, behavioural support, promoting independence and confidence, and building positive relationships through effective communication.
