Full Time Night Support Worker & Temporary Day Support Workers

We work in their home, they don't live where we work.

Beeches is a welcoming thirteen-bed home supporting adults with physical and learning disabilities in a beautiful countryside setting in Mirfield. Our purpose is simple: to help the people we support live fulfilling lives with independence, dignity, choice and meaningful communication at the heart of every day. Beeches is more than a workplace. It's a home. And we’re looking for people who understand the difference.

We are looking for caring, experienced and compassionate Support Workers to join our dedicated team as either full-time Night Support Workers or temporary Day Support Workers.

Why Beeches?

When you join Beeches, you’re not simply providing care. You’re helping create a home where people feel safe, respected, listened to and valued.

Many of the people we support communicate in unique ways, and our staff take the time to understand each individual, ensuring their voice is heard and their choices guide the support they receive. We promote independence wherever possible, encouraging people to develop skills, access their community and enjoy opportunities that matter to them.

Our team understands that dignity isn’t just a word. It’s about treating every person with respect, supporting them on their own terms, and recognising that this is their home.

Who We're Looking For

We’re particularly interested in hearing from experienced carers and support workers who:

  • Have experience supporting adults with disabilities, complex needs or health conditions.
  • Understand the importance of person‑centred care.
  • Are confident building meaningful relationships and supporting communication needs.
  • Value independence, choice and inclusion.
  • Bring life experience, empathy and a calm, professional approach.
  • Want to make a genuine difference every day.

While experience is important, your values, compassion and commitment to delivering exceptional support are what matter most.

The Role

As a Support Worker at Beeches, whether you work days or nights, we will expect you to:

  • Provide high-quality, person‑centred support.
  • Promote choice, independence and dignity.
  • Support individuals with daily living activities and personal care where required.
  • Encourage participation in home and community life.
  • Build positive relationships with the people we support and their families.
  • Work collaboratively within a dedicated and passionate team committed to delivering outstanding care.

What You’ll Gain

  • The opportunity to work within a highly respected specialist service.
  • Ongoing training and development.
  • A supportive management team.
  • The chance to be part of a service where people truly come first.
  • The satisfaction of knowing your work has a lasting impact on people’s lives.

Join Us

If you’re an experienced care professional looking for a role where relationships matter, communication is valued, and every person is treated with dignity and respect, we’d love to hear from you.
