TXO Group is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager to ensure high-quality services for a tier-one telecommunications client and internal stakeholders.

You will lead a service delivery team, review customer needs, and drive improvements, while maintaining strong client relationships and cross-functional collaboration.

You will own service performance, manage incidents, and contribute to bid activities. A background in outsourcing/IT/consulting with P&L awareness is important for this role.
