Hours: Monday to Friday – 9am to 5.30pm

We are currently seeking an experienced Reporting & BI Analyst to join our IT team, based in either Witham, Essex or Stoke-on-Trent.

You will play a key role in developing and improving reporting across the business, using data to provide clear, accurate and meaningful insight to operational, commercial and management teams.

Key Skills and Qualifications to succeed in this role:

  • Strong experience using Power BI.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query and complex formulas.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and database querying.
  • Experience extracting, validating and analysing data from multiple systems.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, including experience producing KPI reporting and management information.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
  • Confidence working with stakeholders at different levels.
  • The ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Experience within freight forwarding, logistics, transport or supply chain would be advantageous, along with knowledge of VBA, macros or Microsoft Fabric.

Location & Right to Work

Applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance of either Witham, Essex or Stoke-on-Trent.

You must also have full and unrestricted Right to Work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Create operational, commercial and financial reporting.
  • Use Power BI, SQL, Excel and Power Query to analyse and transform data.
  • Produce KPI and management information.
  • Improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Identify trends, exceptions and performance issues.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
  • Provide support and training on reporting tools and dashboards.
