We’re looking for someone with a ‘can do, will do’ attitude to join our Cleaning Team at The Quay Hub. No experience necessary. Deliver high standards and be an ambassador for the TLC family in our community. A Disclosure and Barring Check will be required for the position.
What you will be doing in this role:
- You will use equipment, machinery and cleaning materials effectively, efficiently and in accordance with safe working practices to carry out your duties.
- You will check and report any faults with equipment, machinery or the building itself to the on‑site supervisor or Area Manager, describing fully the nature of the faults.
- You will maintain good working relationships with clients and deal with any minor queries or complaints, relaying any significant customer issues to the on‑site supervisor or Area Manager for further action.
- You will participate in staff training programmes and carry out all duties in a responsible manner with due regard to the Authority’s Health and Safety Policy.
- You will perform any additional duties related to the work of the section appropriate to the post, as and when required.
