We’re looking for someone with a ‘can do, will do’ attitude to join our Cleaning Team, based at Laurus Cheadle Hulme Sports Centre. No experience necessary. A Disclosure and Barring Check will be required for the position.
Responsibilities- You’ll use equipment, machinery and cleaning materials effectively, efficiently and in accordance with safe working practices to carry out your duties.
- You’ll check and report any faults with equipment, machinery or the building itself, to the on site supervisor or Area Manager describing fully the nature of the faults.
- You’ll maintain good working relationships with clients and deal with any minor queries or complaints, and relay any significant customer issues to the on site supervisor or Area Manager for further action.
- You’ll participate in staff training programmes and carry out all duties in a responsible manner with due regard to the Authority’s Health and Safety Policy.
- You’ll perform any additional duties related to the work of the section appropriate to the post, as and when required.
