St Andrew’s is located in the lovely village of Ewerby (5 miles to the East of Sleaford). The home provides personal care, including nursing and dementia care, for 42 residents.

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide the highest possible level of care in supporting and assisting our residents in all aspects of daily living, including personal care and support with daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating.
- Promote our resident's independence with a focus on choice, dignity and respect, alongside promoting their physical and emotional wellbeing.
- Complete all Daily Charts to a high standard, ensuring that 90% and above is achieved during all Monthly Daily Charts Audits.
- Ensure you are 100% current with all your mandatory training throughout the year.
