The successful individual will take full responsibility for the Sales Ledger and provide support to the Finance Manager. They will be able to provide reports and data in an accurate and timely manner.

The role involves:

  • Processing of invoices, credit notes, staff sales payments
  • Transport report for use in monthly group reporting pack
  • Ownership and reconciliation of Cold Store reports including intakes and despatches
  • Sales reports and returns
  • Provide support to the Finance Manager for weekly reports and other projects
  • Involvement in cash collection from vending machines and canteen
  • Raising of purchase orders for dry goods and other ad hoc requests
  • Comply with legal and company policy to ensure adherence on all matters relating to health and safety
