Foray Motor Group is the South West's award‑winning Ford‑only dealer group, with dealerships and service centres in Salisbury, Poole, Yeovil, Taunton, Andover, Shaftesbury, Bridgwater, Dorchester and Southampton. We are looking for an experienced, customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our Ford Main Dealer at Hine Motors in Shaftesbury. This has been an excellent opportunity for someone with automotive industry experience who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 08:00 a.m. – 06:00 p.m. (1‑hour lunch) Saturday rota 1 in 2, 08:00 a.m. – 01:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for all aftersales and service enquiries.
  • Deliver a first‑class customer experience in line with Ford standards.
  • Book vehicles in for service, maintenance and repair work.
  • Prepare accurate repair estimates and obtain customer authorisation.
  • Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Raise invoices, collect payments and process paperwork accurately.
  • Provide clear and professional updates to customers throughout the repair journey.
  • Help the dealership achieve customer satisfaction targets and departmental KPIs.
  • Uphold Ford’s commitment to quality, transparency and trust.

Requirements:

  • An experienced Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor / Customer Service Advisor (automotive background preferred).
  • Confident, professional and well‑organised with excellent communication skills.
  • A natural problem‑solver with a positive, can‑do attitude.
  • Able to multitask and remain calm in a busy dealership environment.
  • Driven by success, with a passion for delivering results and exceeding expectations.
