Position: We’re looking for a driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Lancing. You will grow our business by winning new clients and developing strong, long-term relationships. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and expanding existing accounts while acting as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador. This role is ideal for an experienced B2B sales professional who thrives on targets, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by growth. You’ll have the opportunity to represent the business at client visits and industry events, influence commercial outcomes, and help shape the success of the wider sales team. What you’ll be doing:
- Driving revenue growth through new business acquisition and expansion of existing client accounts
- Generating and converting leads through proactive outreach and relationship building
- Upselling and identifying organic growth opportunities within current clients
- Managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to proposal, negotiation, and close
- Representing the business at client meetings, site visits, trade shows, and industry events
- Ensuring all activity is compliant with company policies and relevant industry regulations
- Maintaining accurate sales records, forecasts, and site documentation
- Achieving and exceeding agreed sales targets and KPIs
- Supporting and mentoring new team members as the team grows
- Acting as a professional and credible brand ambassador at all times
Who you are:
- Proven experience in a B2B sales environment, with a strong track record of results
- Comfortable working to targets and KPIs in a fast-paced sales role
- Resilient, tenacious, and confident in engaging new prospects
- Consultative in your approach, with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Adaptable and keen to learn new products, services, and sales techniques
- Parking industry experience is advantageous but not essential
