You’ll thrive here if…
- You love turning complex research into clear, elegant experiences that feel human and usable.
- You’re happiest when you can own the narrative, flow, and interaction design not just “create content”.
- You’re confident partnering with consultants/SMEs and enjoy shaping a great brief as much as delivering a great solution.
- You love to iterate: prototyping, testing, and improving based on feedback and what learners actually do.
About you:
You’re an experienced learning designer who cares deeply about how people learn and how learning translates into action. You’ll likely bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in learning experience design, instructional design, or behaviour change (including degree or equivalent experience)
- A track record of designing engaging, narrative-led learning across digital and live formats
- Evidence of working collaboratively with subject matter experts, consultants, and creative partners
- Experience turning complex ideas into clear, usable, compelling learning experiences
- An ability to create visually engaging graphics, storyboards and slides
- A creative mindset, with curiosity about technology and its impact on human behaviour
If you’re passionate about designing learning that genuinely makes a difference, we’d love to hear from you. Share your CV and, if you have one, a portfolio or examples of journeys you’ve designed (storyboards, prototypes, session design, digital modules, etc.).
