Medinet Group is seeking a Senior Workforce Coordinator to lead scheduling across contracts. You will ensure shifts are covered by skilled, compliant clinicians and that new contracts launch fully staffed.
You will line manage the coordination team and collaborate with Service Operations, Account Managers, recruitment, and compliance, with shifts on a rota basis, 7am–7pm, 5 days per week.
