About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Architect or Senior Architectural Technician to join our dynamic Eltham based team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and contribute to the completion of technical packages of work across RIBA Stages 4–6. You will work on an exciting range of projects, including residential, care, education, and emergency services developments, while collaborating within a creative multi‑disciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation and delivery of technical packages for projects at RIBA Stages 4–6.
  • Design, draw and compute as required.
  • Contribute to the design and technical delivery of a variety of project types: residential, care, education, and emergency services.
  • Support and guide team members in producing high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to ensure project success.
  • Operate on a flexible basis in a collaborative group environment to fulfil the project team’s obligations.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Chartered Architect (RIBA) or Chartered Technologist (CIAT).
  • City and Guilds certification in CAD (2D and 3D).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM environments.
  • Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, Approved Documents, and current planning policies and legislation.
  • Experience in the RIBA Plan of Work stages and technical project delivery.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multi‑disciplinary team.
  • Experience working on UK projects within a BIM environment.
  • Strong experience in RIBA Stage 4 and onwards.
  • Experience leading projects and teams.
  • Collaborative approach both internally and externally.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Revit and BIM accreditation.
  • Experience working in a BIM Level 2 environment.
  • Skills in 3D modelling, rendering, and proficiency with software such as SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • CIAT accreditation.

Additional Skills and Experience

  • Registered architect belonging to the ARB, RIBA.
  • Expert use of Revit.
  • Detailed experience of managing projects in a BIM Level 2 environment.
