The Role
As GBA Logistics continues to grow and increase sales activity, this role is required to provide dedicated coordination and administrative support across the sales function. Working closely with the Sales Coordination Manager, the Sales Coordination Associate will help ensure the sales pipeline runs smoothly, customer information is accurate, key tasks are completed on time, and the wider team has the support needed to convert opportunities into successful business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Sales and Account Management with administrative and coordination tasks across the full sales pipeline.
- Monitor compliance with the agreed Sales Pipeline Process, including approvals, checks and required follow-up actions.
- Ensure HubSpot records are accurate, complete and kept up to date to support reliable pipeline reporting.
- Coordinate new business onboarding, including task completion, customer setup and deadline tracking.
- Monitor timely completion of customer credit checks for new and potential customers.
- Maintain standard sales documents, templates and commercial documentation, ensuring they are current and centrally accessible.
- Support RFQ data input, document coordination and follow-up of assigned sales tasks.
- Coordinate customer creation and maintain accurate customer information in 1TMS.
- Prepare recurring sales, customer and KPI reports in line with business and customer requirements.
- Share customer requirements with relevant departments and elevate process deviations or downtrading concerns where required.
