Position Contract: Full-Time | Apprenticeship contract, 1 year contract, with the opportunity to extend to 2 years
Hours: 40 hours per week. A 5‑day working week, 08:45 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. Monday to Friday (with one day off during the week), Saturdays 08:45 a.m. to 05:30 p.m., Sundays CLOSED.

Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand the features and specifications of vehicles
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs and budget
- Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations
- Assist with the preparation of sales contracts and paperwork
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Continuously update product knowledge through training and self‑study
Requirements:
- A passion for the automotive industry and interest in sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
- GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) are preferred but not essential.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not required.
