About Upstix

Selling a property is one of life’s most stressful events; it takes over six months to sell, and one in three sales fall through. Everything is put on hold until a move is finally managed. We are on a mission to enable people to sell quickly, and move forward with speed, certainty, and ease.

As a fast-buying property company, we can purchase a property in as little as five days, with no fees or stress. We are passionate about delivering great service to our customers. As a well-funded Data & Analytics (PropTech) scale-up with AI-driven predictive models, we believe technology will redefine the home-selling experience, deliver exceptional service, and take the fast-buying industry mainstream.

Position Overview

We’re hiring a Sales Consultant to join our fast-paced, customer-focused acquisitions team. This is a hands-on sales role that blends relationship building, consultative selling, and problem-solving. Perfect for someone driven by results and looking to grow their career in property sales.

You’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners interested in selling, helping them navigate what can be one of life’s most stressful decisions with empathy and professionalism. Your goal is to create a smooth, transparent, and supportive experience from first conversation through to sale.

As a sales professional, you’ll learn how to qualify and manage warm leads, communicate Upstix’s unique value proposition, and guide customers through our fast, data-driven buying process. You’ll work closely with senior acquisition agents, underwriters, and our analytics team, gaining a deep understanding of how technology and human insight come together to redefine the property sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to warm, inbound customer leads and build instant rapport
  • Understand customer needs and explain how Upstix can help them move quickly
  • Guide sellers through the process with empathy, clarity, and confidence
  • Stay up to date on property values and local market trends
  • Collaborate with underwriters and the wider sales team to finalise offers
  • Identify resale opportunities to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure follow-up through to sale completion

Requirements

  • Confident communicator who enjoys building rapport and helping customers
  • Motivated, curious, and eager to learn
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role (property experience is a plus but not essential)
  • Comfortable working toward targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment
  • Tenacious, resilient, and passionate about delivering results
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic

Why Join Us

At Upstix, we’re a high-performing, close-knit team that believes in learning fast and celebrating wins together. You’ll work in a collaborative, energetic environment with clear progression opportunities as we grow across the UK. We invest in your development and want you to succeed – because when you win, we all do.

Our Cultural Values

We’re proud of our culture and values. They guide how we work, make decisions, and support each other every day:

  • Champion's Mindset: You set ambitious goals and deliver against them.
  • Quality Obsessed: You believe quality compounds, especially when it comes to data, communication, and service.
  • Get It Done: We move with urgency and iterate quickly.
  • An Owner, Not a Renter: You take pride in your work and treat the company’s success like your own.

We encourage team members to be in the office four days a week to foster collaboration and connection.

  • Subsidised gym membership and cycle-to-work scheme
  • Pension contributions and critical illness cover
