Qualified Early Years Educator β Term-time only 8:00 AM β 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
We are looking for a qualified Level 2/L3 early years educator to join one of our Nurseries in Fulham.
Salary details: Pro rata for part-time.
Working Hours
8:00 AM β 3:00 PM, Monday β Friday, Term time only.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Paediatric First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e. g., Safeguarding)

Duties
- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5
- Plan and implement EYFS-appropriate activities that are stimulating and engaging
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Observe and assess children's development, identifying any areas of concern
- Collaborate with parents and other staff members to support children's individual needs
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
- Ensure the nursery is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children
