Role Purpose: The Project Coordinator supports customer engagements, PMO activity, and larger projects by managing tasks, schedules, and scope through control tools and trackers. This role is essential for maintaining governance, ensuring clear communication, and delivering accurate reporting across internal teams and client stakeholders.
What I Do Is:
- Manage multiple tasks, risks, issues and decisions for projects.
- Produce status reports for customers and summary status reports for the practice leads.
- Support PMO functions including reporting, and data analysis.
- Coordinate activity across internal teams and external clients, building rapport quickly and professionally.
- Maintain control using project tools such as Portfolio Trackers, Action Logs, RAID logs, and Finance Sheets helping keep projects to agreed scope and timelines.
- Manage escalations where projects are failing to meet expectations for delivery, including scope and timelines.
- Adapt to ambiguity and changing priorities while remaining focused and responsive.
