The role in brief: A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Support team as a Project and Change Coordinator.

Who we are looking for: This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has some experience within a project based role, supporting on change and process improvement projects within our firm, predominantly with an IT focus.

What the role involves:

  • Assisting on the implementation of IT and other projects across the firm, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve success.
  • Working alongside the Project and Change Senior Manager to create, coordinate and maintain project plans, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities, tracking timelines and milestones.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and seek feedback, building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders crucial for the project's success.
  • Chasing key stakeholders to task, chasing up actions, keeping those involved updated on project progress, and assisting them with the project's progression by resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Assist with monitoring project progress against established timelines and milestones, identifying any deviations or potential risks, generate regular progress reports to update stakeholders and management on the status of projects.
  • Assist with post-project reviews to evaluate the success of the project and recommend improvements for future projects.
  • Verifying datasets to maximise the use and efficiency on IT projects.
  • Keeping a handle on all cyber training and phishing email results.
  • Organisation of project files and notes.
  • Working on the IT Bible, looking at software across the firm and ensuring renewals are on track and reviewed.
  • Assisting Project and Change Senior Manager on any other project related matters across the wider firm when required.
