We're looking for an experienced Marketing & PR Executive to join our growing marketing team.
This is a varied B2B marketing role for someone who enjoys writing, storytelling and creating content that supports commercial objectives. You'll take ownership of ADI's PR activity while creating engaging marketing content that showcases our projects, partnerships and expertise across sport, retail, live events and leisure.
As part of a small, collaborative marketing team, you'll work closely with the Marketing Manager, designers and wider commercial teams to turn customer stories, projects and technical expertise into compelling marketing content that supports sales, strengthens our reputation and generates industry awareness.
What you'll be doing
- Writing blogs, press releases, customer stories and thought leadership articles.
- Managing ADI's PR activity and building relationships with trade publications.
- Creating content for LinkedIn, newsletters and internal communications.
- Producing marketing copy for brochures, proposals, presentations and website pages.
- Providing content and copy support for marketing campaigns.
- Creating and managing customer newsletters and email communications using HubSpot.
- Supporting award entries, exhibitions and product launches.
About you
You'll be an excellent writer with experience creating B2B marketing content that explains complex products and services in a clear, engaging and commercially focused way. You'll be confident writing benefit-led copy across a range of channels, turning technical information into content that informs, persuades and drives engagement. You'll also be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
You'll ideally have experience with:
- B2B marketing and content creation
- PR and media relations
- Writing benefit-led marketing copy across a wide range of marketing channels
- WordPress
- HubSpot (or another CRM)
Most importantly, you'll be curious, organised and proactive, with the confidence to work independently while collaborating closely with a small, supportive marketing team.
Working Hours
Our standard working week is 40 hours, Monday to Friday. We are also open to discussing a reduced-hours arrangement of 32 hours per week and can offer flexibility around how those hours are worked to support the right candidate.
In return, we can offer an attractive base salary and additional benefits. ADI is experiencing rapid periods of growth within and across all divisions, and we’re looking for someone stellar to help us make amazing happen.
