Overview
We are hiring a HR Administrator at GBA Logistics. This newly created role sits within our Group HR central service and provides HR administration support across our business units, focusing on onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding. The role will work closely with the HR leads and talent acquisition teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new starters, while updating changes of terms and conditions and offboarding data to maintain accurate records in our HR system, Cezanne.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing the onboarding process for all new starters across multiple business units, coordinating with talent teams and hiring managers to ensure accurate integration from the Recruitment platform to the HR platform and correct setup of all details.
- Drafting offer letters and contracts of employment for new starters and updating terms and conditions across multiple business units.
- Administering compliance checks (including right to work, references, and DBS checks) via our online background checking system for new starters and maintaining accurate records for existing employees, with follow-up checks when required.
- Administering Company benefits (e.g., Health Shield) for new starters and existing employees across multiple business units.
- Managing the offboarding process for all leavers across multiple business units, working with line managers to process leavers on our HR system, Cezanne, and ensuring data is updated for payroll.
- Maintaining our HR system, Cezanne, to ensure employee data is accurately maintained at all times.
About You
- CIPD Level 3 qualification, or currently studying (essential)
- Teamworking ability
- Previous experience of a HRIS (Cezanne is beneficial)
- Previous onboarding and offboarding experience
