Qualifications

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification).
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • First Aid Paediatric and CPR certification (preferred).
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding).

Duties

  • Provide high‑quality care and education to children aged 0‑5.
  • Plan and implement EYFS‑appropriate activities that are stimulating and engaging.
