Our Fantastic Therapy Team are looking for a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner to join the dedicated and well-established team to improve the quality of life of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, or behaviours that challenge, by delivering evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support. The PBS Practitioner will work collaboratively with individuals, families, and staff teams to reduce restrictive practices and promote person-centred, proactive support across residential and educational settings.

Hollybank Trust is committed to Safeguarding vulnerable people, and our Safer Recruitment process requires all employees to have an Enhanced DBS check and reference checks in line with our Recruitment & Selection policy. We will pay for your initial DBS check, unless you have a portable DBS; however, if the candidate leaves voluntarily within the first 12 months, Β£58.90 will be deducted from your final salary payment.
