Role Overview
The
Assistant Head Housekeeper will play a key leadership role within our housekeeping team, supporting the Cluster Head Housekeeper in maintaining exceptional standards across all guest rooms and public areas.
This role combines operational responsibility with people leadership, ensuring our guests enjoy a consistently high-quality experience while fostering a motivated, well-trained housekeeping team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and deputise for the Cluster Head Housekeeper across all three properties.
- Lead, train, and inspire housekeeping team members to achieve excellence in cleanliness and presentation.
- Oversee daily operations including staff rotas, room checks, and stock management.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and COSHH procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Promote a positive, inclusive working environment that encourages professional growth and teamwork.
- Uphold the brand standards of Perle Hotels and ensure guest satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in housekeeping supervision or management within a hotel or similar environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering high standards.
