Position Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 08:00 a.m. – 06:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch) Saturday rota: Every other Saturday, 08:00 a.m. – 01:00 p.m.

We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Flagship site, Ford Main Dealer in English Ford, Poole. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with automotive industry experience who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. As a Service Advisor, you’ll play a key role in managing the customer journey through the aftersales process, ensuring every customer receives the highest level of care and professionalism from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for all aftersales and service enquiries.
- Deliver a first-class customer experience in line with Ford standards.
- Book vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repair work.
- Prepare accurate repair estimates and obtain customer authorisation.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
- Raise invoices, collect payments, and process paperwork accurately.
- Provide clear and professional updates to customers throughout the repair journey.
- Help the dealership achieve customer satisfaction targets and departmental KPIs.
- Uphold Ford’s commitment to quality, transparency, and trust.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be:
- An experienced Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor / Customer Service Advisor (automotive background preferred, but not essential).
- Confident, professional, and well-organised with excellent communication skills.
- A natural problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Able to multitask and remain calm in a busy dealership environment.
- Driven by success, with a passion for delivering results and exceeding expectations.
