Are you passionate about supporting patients to use their medication safely and effectively? Do you want to be part of a specialist healthcare service shaping the future of medical cannabis? Here at Curaleaf, we’re looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join our clinic. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you’ll support patients from initial enquiry through to prescribing, helping ensure safe and effective use of medical cannabis treatment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Prioritising workload to ensure timely responses to patient queries
  • Providing medicines-related information and supporting patient queries in line with clinical guidance
  • Supporting the repeat prescription process and resolving discrepancies where required
  • Assisting with development and maintenance of systems, including SOPs and IT workflows
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records and supporting audits
  • Contributing to MDT meetings and multidisciplinary patient care
  • Supporting patient feedback and service improvement initiatives

About you:

We’re looking for an approachable, patient-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment. You will be a registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and hold a Level 3 Pharmacy Technician qualification (or equivalent).
