As a healthcare assistant, you will be going from door to door providing personal care, building relationships, and making a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.

Due to an urgent shortage of staff on this contract, we are able to offer UK sponsorship to experienced applicants ready to meet our service needs.

The Role:

  • Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks.
  • Observing, monitoring and recording keeping.

The Requirements:

  • Full UK driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
  • Caring, reliable, patient and compassionate.
  • Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes.
  • Working every other weekend.

Shifts available for Care Assistants:

  • 07:00am – 15:00pm
  • 07:00am – 19:00pm
  • 15:00pm – 22:00pm

Minimum availability 20 hours, with as many hours as you’re available to do. As this role is in the community you must hold a UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle to be considered for this position. No experience necessary, as our starters are provided with a fully comprehensive training programme, in full. To support non-drivers, we offer an electric bike scheme with contributions towards the cost of a high-quality electric bike to help you get around for work.
