The Role

In support of exciting and ongoing growth objectives for our Fleet & Corporate Sales Operation, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the William Morgan Group Corporate Sales team at BMW Oxford, representing the premium BMW and MINI brands, alongside the growing mobility offering of Chery and INEOS Automotive. As a Corporate Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in developing and growing our presence within the UK corporate fleet market. The role focuses on building relationships with regional and national corporate customers, fleet managers and leasing companies, delivering tailored fleet and mobility solutions across our multi-brand portfolio. With BMW and MINI at the core of our premium business offering, the addition of Chery and INEOS provides exciting opportunities to support businesses with a broader range of fleet solutions, from premium executive vehicles to innovative electric mobility and specialist utility vehicles. This is a highly relationship-driven role focused on strategic account development, proactive business development and delivering exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and convert new corporate fleet opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking and relationship building.
  • Promote the BMW and MINI Direct Sales and Business Partnership Programme to corporate customers while introducing the wider mobility solutions available through Chery and INEOS Automotive.
  • Work closely with OEM Stakeholders and funding partners to maximise corporate sales opportunities.
  • Provide consultative advice to businesses regarding fleet strategy, company car policy, funding solutions and electrification.
  • Maintain a structured pipeline using corporate sales systems and CRM platforms, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting to CSM and HOB.
  • Represent the business at local networking events and fleet industry events, promoting our corporate mobility offering.
  • Achieve and exceed agreed corporate fleet sales targets and profitability objectives.
  • Ensure all activity complies with BMW Certified sales standards, FCA regulations and industry best practice.

About You / Qualifications

We are looking for a commercially minded and highly motivated individual who thrives in a relationship-driven B2B environment. You will be confident engaging with business decision makers and passionate about helping organisations identify the right mobility solutions for their fleet requirements. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience within automotive Fleet, Corporate Sales or B2B Business Development.
  • Knowledge of Business Contract Hire, leasing company processes and fleet funding structures.
  • A strong ability to develop new business opportunities and manage key corporate accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and achieving commercial targets.
  • A proactive, organised and professional approach.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
