As a Multi Skilled Tradesperson at Westward Housing, you will provide a high-quality, cost-effective improvement service to customers. The role involves kitchen and bathroom installations, front and back door fittings, flat roofing, facia, soffits, guttering, rendering, painting, concreting and fencing. You will also participate in an emergency out-of-hours service as required, with additional standby and call‑out payments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality improvement services to customers.
- Perform tasks in carpentry, painting and decorating, plumbing, roofing, tiling, kitchen and bathroom installations, and door fittings.
- Provide emergency out-of-hours service, including standby and call‑out duties.
Qualifications
- Fully competent and skilled tradesperson.
- Excellent customer service skills and experience working with the general public.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week and holding a valid current full driving licence.
