About the Role

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to join our team in providing compassionate, person-centered support for our service users at our St Aiden's home. You will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a wide range of stimulating activities while supporting their independence, well-being, and connection to the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and lead engaging activities within the Home (e.g., arts & crafts, cooking, games, reading).
- Plan and accompany guests on outings and social events.
- Encourage the development of social, emotional, and life skills in line with individual care plans.
- Support guests in achieving greater independence, including budgeting and communication.
- Promote inclusion, safety, and respect for all guests’ preferences and rights.
- Monitor and assess individual progress and contribute to care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and report changes in guest well-being to senior staff.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and confidentiality policies.
