We are currently looking for Bank Night Registered Nurses at our Windmill Lodge Care Home in Brixton Hill, London. You will become part of a compassionate and welcoming team where your dedication, reliability and support will make a difference to the people living in our care home every day. The home is currently rated ‘GOOD' by CQC.
• £24.95 per hour (Breaks Unpaid)
• 8pm – 8am (NIGHTS) Monday – Sunday as per the rota

About the role as a Bank Registered Nurse
- As a Bank Night Registered Nurse, you will use your professional qualifications and experience to make safe clinical decisions ensuring the highest quality of nursing care is delivered.
- You will work closely with other nurses in the team and report to the Deputy Manager, administering medication, monitoring the Care Teams on practice, and working within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
- Involvement in creating person‑centred care plans and risk assessments is key to delivering outstanding care; regular updates and reviews will be required.
- You will engage in meaningful activities with residents, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
Qualifications and mandatory requirements
- Valid UK NMC Pin number.
- Understanding and knowledge of regulatory frameworks – NMC and CQC.
- Passion for working with older people.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a caring, kind, and professional nature.
