We are a 40 bed care home just on the outskirts of North Walsham.
We’re now looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our Ancillary Team.

- Assist with preparing and serving meals and refreshments
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Support safe food storage and temperature recording
- Deliver meals to family members with a friendly, caring approach
- Work alongside the Catering Supervisor to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Contribute to a positive, homely environment in line with our care values

About you
- You need to be someone who enjoys working with older people and can have an empathy with them;
- You need to be able to operate laundry equipment in a safe and reliable manner
- You need to be able to workas part ofa teamin orderto provide an excellentserviceto our residents; and
- You must be a well-organised, practical and adaptable person.
- Shifts available: 35 hours per week or 28 hours per week (includes some weekend shifts)
- 5.6 weeks' holiday, including bank holidays
