Position: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £27,040.00 basic salary per annum

Hours: 08:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Requirements

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Yeovil Ford, to deliver an outstanding, customer‑focused service as the first point of contact for customers engaging with our Accident Repair Centres. This role requires an individual who embodies trust, professionalism, and integrity while ensuring a smooth, efficient journey for every guest. You’ll help coordinate repair bookings, manage communication, and uphold our values through high‑quality customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate vehicle bookings for estimates and repair work
  • Proactively update customers on repair progress, completion timelines, and payments
  • Liaise professionally with insurance companies, internal departments, and third parties
  • Ensure correct handling of excess payments, invoicing, and credit card processing
  • Manage courtesy vehicle administration (including legal compliance and quality standards)
  • Arrange and track external logistics (e.g. vehicle collection & delivery)
  • Maintain a clean, compliant, and professional front‑of‑house reception area
  • Use company systems to process documents and support workflow planning
  • Support guest check‑in and check‑out procedures with integrity and accuracy
  • Monitor departmental compliance and escalate concerns promptly
  • Maintain accurate records and input of purchase invoices, parts credits, and guest files
  • Promote and represent the Foray ARC brand with professionalism and positivity
