Overview: Help brides find their perfect dress—while delivering exceptional sales results. At wed2b, our Bridal Sales Consultants combine a genuine care for every customer with a personal drive for delivering results. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working towards targets, while also creating a supportive and personalised experience for each bride.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Deliver a welcoming, professional in-store experience for every bride and their guests
- Build rapport quickly and understand each customer’s style, needs, and budget
- Recommend and style wedding dresses and accessories with confidence
- Guide customers through the decision‑making process in a supportive, consultative way
- Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
- Collaborate with a small team to maintain a positive and results‑driven environment
Who We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in retail sales or a customer‑facing role
- A target‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving results
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
