Position

Due to a period of sustained growth, our Project Services division is expanding - we now have a requirement for a professional and diligent Administrator to facilitate the delivery of an increased workload and an ever-growing number of contracts. Day to day, the role would be working closely within the Small Works & Project Services team, supporting the project managers with day to day duties such as:

  • Logging new jobs as they come in
  • Collecting and issuing RAM’s
  • Following up on orders, assisting with getting labour requirements issued to the busy teams
  • Booking in site visits, organising a training matrix and updating, same applies for clearances and H&S training

Requirements

To be considered for the role, we would like you to demonstrate a mix of the following:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organisational skills
  • IT literate with good typing skills and confident using a range of programmes including email, word processors, presentations and spreadsheets
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload effectively
  • Problem‑solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues
  • Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively
