The successful candidate should;
To operate machinery/equipment within a team environment for the production of tabletting punches. To work to required throughput and quality levels to satisfy customer and business needs.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- 1. Setting/Programming of machinery/equipment using FANUC Controls.
- 2. Productive running of machinery/equipment.
- 3. Meeting standards of Quality/Quality Procedures.
- 4. Achieving throughput/scheduling requirements.
- 5. Ensuring equipment/work area is safe, clean and tidy.
- 6. Assist in the development of equipment and process improvement.
- 7. Ensuring good communication and teamwork.
- 8. Follow company policies and disciplinary guidelines.
- 9. To read and understand all work instructions, drawings and inspection procedures.
Nature and Scope:
Position held will operate within policies and procedures. Direction will be given by the Supervisor however initiative will be required as a team member.

Hours of work: Continental rotating shifts 12 hour shifts - average 42 hours per week.
6am - 6pm then rotating to 6pm to 6am days/nights. Week/weekend cover.
Hourly rate includes shift allowance.
Overtime is paid time and a half.
I Holland operate a Profit Related Payment (P.R.P.) Bonus Scheme. All employees will be eligible for payments under the rules of the scheme, following successful completion of a probationary period.
