Job Purpose
The Supervisor leads front-of-house and security operations, delivering a seamless, premium workplace and visitor experience. The role combines leadership, customer experience, concierge and security oversight, ensuring a safe, welcoming and highly professional environment. Working collaboratively across the wider operation, the Supervisor promotes a "One Team" culture, drives communication and consistency, and acts as an ambassador for both PROception and the Client. Operating on a 12-hour rotational shift pattern (3 Days / 3 Nights / 3 Off), the Supervisor ensures smooth daily operations, full compliance with standards, and keeps the Security Manager and Client informed of all incidents, risks and operational matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Access Control Monitoring - Oversee access systems and ensure secure entry.
- Alarm & Emergency Response - Respond to alarms, fire panel activity and emergency protocols.
- CCTV Operations - Monitor systems, conduct audits, report faults and manage evidence downloads.
- Customer & Client Communication - Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders.
- Daily Records - Update EDOB, complete handovers and maintain accurate documentation.
- Incident & Fault Reporting - Complete incident reports, elevate discrepancies and log faults.
- Fire Evacuation Control - Take command out of hours and support seek-and-search operations.
- Health & Safety Compliance - Ensure officers follow all H&S procedures.
- Key & Pass Management - Maintain accurate signing in/out and produce passes.
- Lift Entrapment Response - Liaise with Jackson Lifts and manage emergency phones.
- Operational Communication - Respond to emails, relay updates and ensure clarity.
- Professional Standards - Enforce conduct, presentation and behavioural expectations.
- Scheduled Checks - Complete daily/weekly/monthly checks and ensure compliance.
- SOP Compliance - Ensure adherence to Assignment Instructions and SOPs.
- Team Leadership - Manage rotations, breaks, uniform standards and performance.
- Training & Competency - Support onboarding, ensure training completion and maintain team knowledge.
Operational Control & Leadership
- Operational Command - Maintain full control of the Control Room and all systems.
- Primary Point of Contact - Lead daily operations and act as the main on-site contact.
- Control Room Oversight - Supervise CCTV, access control, radios, alarms and incident logging.
- Security Manager Liaison - Maintain continuous communication and elevate issues promptly.
- Service Delivery Standards - Ensure consistent 5-Star service.
- Shift Continuity - Ensure seamless handovers and accurate EDOB entries.
- Leadership Presence - Maintain a calm, visible and authoritative supervisory presence.
