Our E-Business continues to expand, incorporating vending technology, scanners, online sales and selling, coupled with social and video marketing.
Our strength is our Direct Sales Force, which is the largest in Ireland with over 100 directly employed Sales Representatives on the road selling, servicing, and supporting our growing customer base. Our main industry sectors are: Automotive Aftermarket, Engineering & MRO, Construction, Renewables as well as Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms.
Within our company’s headquarters in Limerick, you will find over 70 support staff working across a variety of functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Services, Purchasing, Human Resources and Logistics.
Duties and Responsibilities- You will be the go-to person in your area for the implementation of systems and the subsequent digitisation of these solutions.
- Attendance at and presenting at conferences, team meetings as well as monthly update presentations to management.
- Live, eat and breathe systems and online. Must be trying to push the envelope and get new ambitious systems in place for customers which optimise their C Parts procurement processes.
- Conducting workouts to cross-check and maintain customer data. Attention to detail and diligence when it comes to paperwork are a must.
- Regular training courses, best practices, presentations and workouts with the sales force where you will promote the effective acquisition of new eBusiness customers.
- Stay up to date with standards and protocols attending relevant webinars, trade shows and conferences.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience.
- Technical sales experience in selling solutions is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work with multiple customers to move them from a manual-like process to automation through the various solutions on offer.
- Tenacious in getting appointments and meetings in place and the ability to influence customers to help increase digital sales.
- Strong customer service orientation and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple project deadlines on the go at one time.
