Your Role
- Assisting residents with all their personal needs, ensuring optimum independence, dignity and respect of individuals at all times.
- Ensure documentation is completed in a timely fashion, reflecting the care delivered and elevate concerns regarding a patients’ health and wellbeing to the nurse in charge at the earliest possible opportunity.
- Be friendly, kind and compassionate towards patients, relatives, visitors, and colleagues, respecting the dignity and individuality of each patient.

- Has the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrates initiative and is respectful towards patients and other people in the home.
- Is an efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions from other team members.
- Is able to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
