Our Learning & Development Specialists will play a key role in supporting a significant period of transformation, organisational change and colleague development. Working across a range of initiatives, you'll design and deliver learning solutions that support large-scale onboarding, colleague upskilling, management capability and organisational change. You'll help build the confidence and capability colleagues need to succeed in their roles today, while equipping teams to adapt as we continue to evolve our services and approach.
Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will create engaging learning experiences that support both colleague development and client outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to work across onboarding, colleague upskilling, management capability, digital learning and transformation initiatives, making a tangible impact on how we support people across the UK.
About the Role
You'll support the design and delivery of learning solutions that help colleagues successfully navigate change, build capability and perform at their best. Working across the full learning lifecycle, you'll partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand business needs, design engaging learning experiences and evaluate their effectiveness. You'll help create learning that supports colleagues at every stage of their journey, from new starter induction and operational upskilling through to management development and change adoption. This role combines learning design, facilitation and stakeholder partnership, with a particular focus on supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives across the charity.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design and deliver engaging learning solutions aligned to organisational priorities and transformation objectives.
- Create blended learning experiences across face-to-face, virtual and self-directed formats.
- Support large-scale colleague onboarding and induction activity, ensuring new starters have the skills and confidence to succeed.
- Design and deliver learning that supports colleague upskilling, management capability and ongoing professional development.
- Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate business change into practical and effective learning interventions.
- Support the full learning cycle, including needs analysis, design, delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement.
- Create digital learning content using tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline.
- Help colleagues successfully adopt new systems, processes and ways of working through effective learning and change support.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
About You
You'll be an experienced learning professional who enjoys working in fast-paced environments and is motivated by helping people adapt, grow and perform at their best. You will bring:
- Strong experience creating blended learning programmes for both new starters and existing colleagues.
- Experience supporting organisational change, transformation or large-scale business initiatives through learning interventions.
- Experience designing learning for regulated contact centre or customer-facing environments.
- Experience designing digital learning solutions using tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline.
- The ability to translate complex business requirements into engaging, practical learning experiences.
- Experience designing learning that helps colleagues build confidence in needs-based conversations and achieve positive client outcomes.
